Hollie-Beth is a dynamic and creative member of the team who joined Chance in 2019. Originally hired as a part-time content creator, she quickly demonstrated her talent and enthusiasm for communication, leading to her promotion to Marketing and Sales Lead — and now, after five years with the business, to Senior Customer Account Lead.
In her current role, Hollie-Beth continues to oversee Chance’s marketing strategy and activities, ensuring the brand remains strong, consistent, and engaging across all platforms. Her strategic mindset and creative flair have played a key role in driving awareness, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company’s reach.
Alongside her marketing responsibilities, Hollie-Beth manages a select group of client accounts, building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored solutions. This combined focus on marketing and client service allows her to maintain a deep understanding of Chance’s products and target markets, continuously refining strategies to create new opportunities and support the company’s growth.
