All of our awards are competitively priced – ensuring high-quality custom awards for the best price possible.  Combined with this, there are no hidden costs – your dedicated account manager will lay out all of the costs involved within your project, including any shipping costs you can expect to pay.  

We also offer a split invoicing service – if there are other participating banks, we’ll take care of the administration involved.  We’ll issue all invoices and take care of processing the payments, making the transaction hassle free for you.

Partnered with a trusted courier, Chance offers both a domestic and international shipping service.  This partnership allows us to promote a swift and reliable delivery, removing the stress of your awards missing an important event or dinner date.  

Using FEDEX means you will receive email notifications as your shipment progresses through the network, keeping you up to date with its status from despatch through to delivery. Combined with this your customer account manager will take away the usual stress associated with customs clearance.

All of our deal toys and recognition awards are designed and manufactured under one roof.  Our custom-built UK-based factory offers a fusion of modern technology and precision craftsmanship. 

Since October 2020, Chance has made huge strides in our strong commitment and dedication to the planet.  We donate 1% of our profits to worthwhile environmental causes – from reforestation and rebuilding crucial eco-systems around the globe to empowering women in India with carbon reducing cookstoves. 

Combined with this, we use ethically sourced wood and metal in our design and manufacturing processes.  We also offer Remade, a recycled acrylic material made from up to 70% industrial waste which can be Pantone matched to your brand guidelines.
