7 Steps to Ordering your next Deal Tombstone or Award

Kickstarting Your Project

Whether you have a fully formed idea or have no idea where to start, don’t worry.  From the first point of contact, you will be allocated a dedicated customer account manager. 

Your account manager will run through the project with, taking a note of any budget requirements, an event date, expected order quantity, and any other administrative points.  Once you’ve collaborated with your account manager to create your design brief, your project will progress through to design for the next stage.

Conceptual Designs

Your dedicated account manager will work closely with our team of talented designers to bring your concept to life.  Using the latest CAD software, our experienced designers will compile a range of initial concepts, while ensuring each concept hits your design brief.  

During this process, you will receive a breakdown of all the premium materials and sizes used to manufacture your custom award.

Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing

Once you have decided on what design you would like to go with, the next round is rapid prototyping. We bring your concept to life as it begins it’s journey through our custom-made UK-based factory.  

After our craftsmen have manufactured your prototype, and after you are happy with any final changes, we would move forward with our small-batch manufacturing processes.

Shipping & Logisitics

Partnered with a trusted courier, Chance offers both a domestic and international shipping service.  This partnership allows us to promote a swift and reliable delivery, removing the stress of your awards missing an important event or dinner date.  

Using FedEX means you will receive email notifications as your shipment progresses through the network, keeping you up to date with its status from despatch through to delivery. Combined with this your customer account manager will take away the usual stress associated with customs clearance.


All of our awards are competitively priced – ensuring high-quality custom awards for the best price possible.  Our customer account managers are on hand to help you with any requirements needed for sign-off on your project.  

Whether you need an all in cost or a break down of the unit cost, set-ups and shipping fees – we’re flexible around your internal policies. We take pride in the transparency we have with our clients as there will never be any hidden fees for you to pay.

What do we need from you?

As your order runs through our factory, there are a few details we need from you before we can dispatch your order.  

If your company requires a Purchase Order for an invoice to be paid, we require this at the prototype approval stage.  

For our shipping and logistics services, we require contact details so our courier services can reach you should they need to.  Any shipments that are subject to customs clearance, your dedicated account manager will talk you through what is required to help a smooth transition through the clearance process. 

Once we have all the information needed, you will be issued an order confirmation with your order and shipping details.

Split Invoicing

We also offer a split invoicing service – if there are other participating banks, we’ll take care of the administration involved.  We’ll issue all invoices and take care of processing the payments, making the transaction hassle free for you.
