Casper is our whizz kid of all things assembly and an integral part of Chance’s team.
Initially joining Chance as a 19-year-old from 1992 – 1994, Casper returned in 2005 for his second – and current – ‘tour of duty’.
Casper is based in the Assembly and Despatch department ensuring that all pieces are assembled and carefully finished to a high standard.
From spray painting intricate pieces, to UV gluing the smallest elements to create stunning effects – Casper does it all.
The variation of the job, as well as testing his skills on a daily basis are both elements of his job that he enjoys and thrives on.
