Hayley Mackinnon

Hayley joined Chance in an administrative role, bringing with her strong organisational and people skills from her previous position managing the local swimming pool. She quickly settled into the business and demonstrated a natural ability for customer service, project management and keeping projects organised and on track.

It wasn’t long before Hayley became a successful and valued member of the sales team. Her excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with clients have made her an important part of Chance’s continued growth.

Now working as a Customer Account Lead, Hayley manages projects from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with clients, designers, production and suppliers to ensure every detail is taken care of and projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Hayley takes great pride in understanding what each client is looking to achieve and helping turn their ideas into reality. Her friendly approach, strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects ensure clients receive the high level of service Chance is known for.
