After developing a deep understanding of Chance’s processes and operations, Lauren discovered her passion within the sales department and has since become an integral part of the team. Her experience across multiple areas of the business has given her a well-rounded perspective and strong foundation in both production and client service.

Now promoted to Senior Customer Account Lead, Lauren continues to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Chance’s clients. She works closely with customers and suppliers to ensure every project runs smoothly — from concept through to completion — while also supporting her colleagues and the Directors with key administrative and operational tasks.

Throughout her time at Chance, Lauren has completed a range of vocational qualifications, continually enhancing her skills and knowledge. This commitment to growth has strengthened client relationships, improved internal systems, and contributed to the overall success of the company.

Lauren takes great pride in understanding each client’s vision and collaborating with designers to turn ideas into reality, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
