In 2011, Jenny became part of Chance, stepping in as a Customer Account Manager, and working alongside Lynda to continue the impeccable level of customer service at the heart of Chance’s success.

With a passion for customer satisfaction and providing clients with designs and deal toys that surpass expectation, Jenny centers her approach around attention to detail and rapid turnaround. She ensures that each customer experiences a smooth and delightful journey collaborating with Chance.

When not navigating the world of financial tombstones, Jenny is a mum-of-two children and enjoys exploring the Scottish landscape on horseback.
